When structuring your first paragraph, which is the introduction, you want to introduce what the paper will be about (the topic). It is usually the sentences in the first paragraph that relate to the information in your body paragraphs. A thesis statement is a question and then you answer it. It is a statement that you make clear and concise that relates to your topic and main idea of your paper. Your body paragraphs support your thesis statement with research and your analysis or critical thinking. Your conclusion is when you summarize all the main arguments or key points.
